Peak District National Park Association enquired about our EPoS systems at the beginning of the year because, although they already had systems in place, they required an upgrade in order for their head office to access all sites and stock.
At the request of the PDNPA management team, our skilled programming team set to work uploading thousands of products from each unique site onto one database. Our staff put in a lot of overtime behind the scenes to ensure that the products were programmed in accordance with PDNPA’s specifications and to finish the project in time for installation before the school summer holidays.
For the multiple sites around Derbyshire, our highly qualified technical team installed eight EPoS systems, complete with rear display screens and barcode scanners. Each till system is connected to our cloud-based back-office reporting software so that employees can examine individual sales reports and sort inventory.
Our knowledgeable support staff has been available for PDNPA’s enquiries, alterations, and guidance ever since installation. We are honoured to be working with Peak District National Park, and we’ll continue to work together to deliver the greatest support we can.
